Josh and Dr. Elliot were truly incredible. From my first visit to the final step of my treatment, they were both highly professional, attentive, and proactive in every aspect of my care. They took the time to explain the treatment process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. What I especially appreciated was how transparent and helpful they were with billing and insurance—everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which made the entire experience stress-free. The level of care, communication, and genuine concern they showed really stood out. I would confidently recommend Josh, Dr. Elliot, and the entire team to anyone needing dental work. I have been coming to this office for a little over a year now and they are the most dilligent well managed staff I have ever had in a dentist. Dr Elliot is newer in the office but he is an amazing dentist and has a ton of experience. McKenna is a delight and took amazing care of me the whole time I was in her care. Josh always has a smile and a kind word or a funny joke and is always willing to work with me to make sure that the proceedures I am having are manageable financially he always works with me and gives me a thorough explanation of any cost which is amazing.
